The Indian Prime Minister has lambasted his former colleague, labelling them a traitor and reassuring the public they will be found and punished.

“We have also been informed the Minister has been fostering insurgency in Western China, and we are appalled by this,” they said.
China used the press opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to a stable Asia, which it says is vital for the world’s economy.
It also categorically denied any knowledge of the ex-Minister, implying they could have travelled beyond India’s national borders.
